Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of meat, poultry and cold meats to the school canteen located in the building of the Educational Facilities Complex in Wielgie, ul. Szkolna 5, 87-603 Wielgie in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is the assortment and price form (attachment No. 1a). Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., based on telephone orders placed 1 day in advance. The delivered meat and cold cuts must be fresh, not frozen, produced and delivered in accordance with the requirements of SANEPID and the HACCAP system. Ordering party requires that the ordered meats be cut and delivered in quantities consistent with each order. Each delivered product must have an expiration date. The contractor must have all legally required veterinary documents regarding the origin and slaughter of animals used. to prepare the delivery assortment and make it available at the request of the Ordering Party or authorized services.
