Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of mechanical parts to Inspiro metro vehicles in 2025-2027 broken down into 10 tasks.
2. scope of the subject Orders include the supply of mechanical parts under individual tasks indicated in the "list of ordered parts attachment No. 1 to the technical specification, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and being its integral part (hereinafter: "ST").
3. The applicant requires implementation The subject of the contract under partial deliveries (3 parties) according to the supply schedule and in the quantities indicated in Annex 1 to ST. Within one Parties are not permissible to partial deliveries.
4. The perceived subject of the order must be factory new, unused (by factory new, unused, spare parts are understood originally packed, without signs of use).
5. The Contractor will grant a 24-month warranty on the provided parts on the terms indicated in the contract template. In the period equal to the period granted by the contractor, the subject of the contract will be covered by the warranty for defects.
6. The subject of the contract will be completed in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e. SWZ and its attachments, in particular ST and the model Contracts (Annex 2 to SWZ).
