and Annex 3 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete all items in Annex 2 to SWZ
and Annex 3 to SWZ.
4. The subject of the contract includes:
1) Purchase of medical equipment, including:
Package 1 - Medical equipment and apparatus
Package 2 - medical equipment
Package 3 - furniture equipment
Package 4 - non -medical equipment
2) delivery of the abovementioned equipment;
3) assembly/installation, starting, conducting tests and checks of the abovementioned equipment;
4) Training of designated employees of the Ordering Party in the scope service of the above equipment1;
5) technical staff training in the scope of technical service and the WEAM SERVICE SERVICE1;
6) warranty service of the abovementioned equipment, on the principles set out in § 8 of the draft contract1;
