The subject of the contract is the supply of medical apparatus for the needs of the pathomorphology plant, daily chemotherapy department and the Central Diagnostic Laboratory; As part of the project "Improving the efficiency of functioning, availability and quality of oncology services provided By the Specialist Hospital J. K. Łukowicz in Chojnice "implemented as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increasing Resistance: Component D" Efficiency, availability and quality of the healthcare system "investment D1.1.1" Development and modernization of infrastructure of high -socialist care centers infrastructure and other entities of medical entities ", specified in detail in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ)/ assortment and price form - Annex 2 to SWZ and the form of technical parameters - Annex 3 to SWZ.
