- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices. The subject of the order is divided into 18 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the order:

3. Subject matter and conditions of implementation of this orderOrders should be in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017on medical devices for in vitro diagnostics (if applicable) and other applicable legal provisions in this regard, provided that the item offered is a medical device.
4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law
