- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of medical products according to 55 packages to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Os. ZΕota Jesieni 1, KrakΓ³w), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to these Specifications. 2.Expiration date/warranty period the subject of the order cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The Contractor undertakes to conduct, at the request of the Ordering Party, training of the Ordering Party's staff at its headquarters (Os. ZΕota Jesieni 1, KrakΓ³w) together with the first delivery of the goods to the Hospital Pharmacy within the time agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, but no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. The Contractor will be obliged to submit an attendance list from the training referred to in section 3 with signatures of trained users confirming their actual presence to the Hospital Pharmacy, within 5 business days from the date of the training. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to contact Contractors at the stage of examining and evaluating offers for providing samples of the offered subject of the order in order to test them and check the technical or professional capacity of the Contractor to perform the order. The costs associated with this are borne by the Contractor. 6. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the project contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the Specification.
