Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical devices according to 6 packages to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Os. Golden Autumn 1, Krakow), as described and the requirements contained in Annex 1 to the specification.
2. The validity / period of validity / period of warranty of the subject of the contract may not be shorter than 12 monthsfrom the date of delivery.
3. The Economic Entity undertakes to conduct at the request of the Employer Training of the Employer's personnel at his headquarters (Os. Golden Autumn 1, Krakow) together with the first delivery of the goods to the hospital pharmacy within the date agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, but not laterthan within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 3 with the signatures of trained users confirming their actual presence to the hospital pharmacy, within 5 business days from the date of conductTraining.
