1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of medical devices and disposable equipment for surgery for the Clinical Department of Vascular Surgery.
2. Description of the subject of the contract was included in the assortment and price forms, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ. Other conditions regardingThe execution of the order was specified in Annex 6 to SWZ, constituting the provisions of the contract. The subject of the order includes 14 parts. The Employer allows for partial offers. The concept of partial offer is understood as individual parts determined in Annex 2 toSwz. The contractor may submit an offer for any parts or for the entire subject of the contract:
part 1 - guides, catheters, vascular t -shirts, stents, balloons and a neuroprotection set
part No. 2 - stents, guides and stentgrafts
part No. 3 - stents, guides and balloon catheters
part No. 4 - stents,C.D. guides and catheters
part 5 - inserts and connectors compatible with the Illumena Angiomat automatic syringe
part No. 6 - diagnostic catheters
Part 7 - set for femoral and vascular angiography, prostheses and vascular patches and a set of permanent catheters
Part No. 8 - Sentgraft designed intendedfor the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms
part 9 - cervical shunty
part 10 - seamless vascular closure
part No. 11 - unmediated vascular prostheses made of EPTFE
