Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices and equipment:
Task No. 1 - Transport carts (22 pcs)
Task No. 2 - shadow lamp (1 pcs.)
Task No. 3 - A devotion apparatus (1 pcs.)
Task No. 4 - fluid heating apparatus (4 pcs)
2. Detailed description of the subjectOrders are included in Annex 3 to SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contract Technical parameters (required, offered and scored parameters).
3. The contracting authority requires the offered subject of the contract:
3.1. He was unused, was not the subject of exhibitions or presentations, he was not a reconciliation equipment,It was not previously used by another user.
3.2. was approved for trading and application in the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable law, and in particular the provisions of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620)
4.All own names of products and materials as well as norms and approvals cited in the specification serve to determine the desired standard of performance and properties as well as technical requirements assumed for the subject of the contract. The contracting authority allows in this case the use of equivalent solutions.
