Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices and medical furniture, which are medical devices within the meaning of the Act of 07.04.2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, i.e. as amended), hereinafter referred to as "devices" to the team of health care facilities in Cieszyn.
Order consists of 28 parts:
Part 1 - Delivery of the operating table with complete equipment (general, in terms of patients with increased body weight)
Part 2 - Operating table delivery with complete equipment - urological
Part 3 - Delivery of the operating table with complete equipment for treatments ENT in a sitting position with head stabilization
Part 4 - Delivery of hemodynamic monitoring platform
Part 5 - Delivery of the endoscopic and laparoscopic system - laparoscopic column - general surgery
Part 6 - Delivery of the endoscopic and laparoscopic system - columns laparoscopic -histeroscopic - gynecology
Part 7 - ultrasound delivery with intraoperative head
Part 8 - Delivery of a mobile shadowless lamp
Part 9 - Delivery of Tulle Laser
Part 10 - CO2 laser delivery for applications in the field of otolaryngology, head and neck surgery
