Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the task: "Delivery of medical devices and medicines for the needs of SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łodź".
2. The detachment description and scope of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ).
