Delivery of medical devices and orthopedic implants for the department of orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system as well as a set for long -term diverse nutrition for the general and oncological gastroenterology department with the sub -unit of internal medicine.
1. The subject of the order is: DELIVERY OF ME PRODUCTSDISC AND ORTHOPEDIC IMPLANTS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ORTHOPEDICS AND TRAUMATOLOGY OF THE MUSCULAR SYSTEM AND A KIT FOR LONG-TERM INTRAGASMIC NUTRITION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL GASTROENTEROLOGY AND ONCOLOGY WITH THE SUB-DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL DISEASES.
2. The description of the subject of the order is included in the assortment formsinformation and prices, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in Annex No. 6 and 7 to the SWZ, which constitutes a model contract.
