Description:
1. The subject of the order is "Supply of medical devices and personal protective equipment for the Cytostatic Drugs Laboratory". The subject of the order has been divided into 7 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the order:
Package No. 1 - Delivery of preparation equipment
Package No. 2 - Delivery of personal protective equipment I
Package No. 3 - Delivery of personal protective equipment II
Package No. 4 Delivery of personal protective equipment III
Package No. 5 - Delivery of short drains
Package No. 6 Delivery of a closed system for the preparation of cytostatics
Package No. 7 Delivery of pumps elastomeric
The submitted offers must include the full scope of the subject of the contract in the scope of a given package.
3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order should be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (if applicable) and with other applicable legal regulations in this regard, if the offered item is a medical device.
