Description:
1. The order of the contract is the supply of medical devices for the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Clinic.
The Employer allows for partial offers. The subject of the contract is 10 tasks. The contractor may submit an offer for any number tasks.
3. The detachment description and method of order processing is contained in OPZ, constituting Annex 1-10 to SWZ.
4. The validity of the subject of the contract (usefulness for use) must be at least 12 months from the date of delivery to the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
