Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices, cosmetics, biocidal products and devices.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1A to SWZ (price sheet). This description should be read along with any changes in SWZ content, which is e.g. the result of the answers givenon queries of contractors.
1. Active preparation minimum for 14 days from the opening of the packaging. Required test strips in an amount of 1 op^. Belts - one bar for the day of product activity (e.g. 14 days activity - 14 stripes) - 150 packs
2. Low -panting detergent, dissolving organic substancesand cut protein, for washing tools and endoscopic equipment in the form of a concentrate - 100 liters
3. Preparation for disinfection of thermolabilic tools and endoscopic equipment. Active preparation for 14 days, 15 pieces of stripes for 1 pack of preparation - 200 liters
