Description:
Delivery of medical devices for electrophysiological examinations
task 1 - a rental of one electroanatomical system for mapping complex arrhythmia, allowing to visualize all electrodes in the heart with a generator and a cooling pump, and with the delivery of disposable equipment
task 2- renting a cryoablation console with bottles with a cooling agent
task 3 - balloon cryoablation sets
task 4 - rental of one electrophysiological system with a generator and a cooling pump and the rental of two 3D electroanatomics systems of heart mapping and with the supply of disposable equipment
Zad.5 - Covering of the cryoablation console with bottles with a cooling agent and a rental of the mobile electrophysiological system together with the supply of disposable equipment
Zad. 6 - the generator rental for electroporation together with the delivery of electroporation sets
The contracting authority allows partial offers.
PartsOrders are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 6.
The contracting authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer up to a maximum of 6 tasks
(without limiting the number of tasks per contractor)
