- Description:
- 1) The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices for electrostimulation for the needs of the Electrophysiology Laboratory. A detailed description, including the required and assessed parameters (if applicable), can be found in Annex No. 2 and 7 to the SWZ.
2) The Ordering Party divided the subject of the order into 9 parts (packages withd 1 to 9), as described in Chapter XXIII of the SWZ.
3) The subject of the order offered in the procedure has all the necessary certificates, including declarations of conformity, is compliant with the standards in force in the European Union, meets the requirements specified in the Act of April 72022 on medical devices and the authorization for marketing and use required by superordinate regulations.
4) Other requirements regarding the implementation of the contract and the rules of cooperation between the ordering party and the contractor are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which stipulateAnnex No. 3 to SWZ.
