Description:
1. The subject of the order is delivered to the Endoscopy Laboratory. The subject of the contract was divided into 11 parts/packages, each of which is a separate subject of the contract:
Package No. 1 - Delivery of equipment to the endoscopy laboratory
Package No. 2 - Delivery of equipment to the endoscopy laboratory
Package No. 3 - Supply of equipment to the endoscopy laboratory
Package No. 4 - Delivery of equipment to the endoscopy laboratory
Package No. 5 - Delivery of equipment to the endoscopy laboratory
Package No. 6 - Delivery of equipment to the endoscopy laboratory
Package No. 7 - Delivery of equipment to the endoscopy laboratory
Package No. 8 - Delivery of equipment to the studio Endoscopy
Package No. 9 - Delivery of equipment to the endoscopy laboratory
Package No. 10-Dostawa of the Endoscopy Laboratory Equipment
Package No. 11 -Equipment for the equipment for Endoscopy laboratory
Submitted offers must contain a full range object Orders in the scope of a given package.
3. The object and conditions for the implementation of this contract should be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/745 of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/746 of 5 April 2017 on medical devices for in vitro diagnostics (if concerned) and with other applicable right regulations in this respect, if the offered object is a medical device.
