Description:
The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annexes 2a to SWZ (assortment and price forms from 1 to 12) for individual parts of the order marked from 1 to 12.
1. The contracting authority requires the offered medical devices:
- met the conditions for allowing the market in accordance with the applicable the Act on medical devices and corresponded to the description of the subject of the contract in Annex 2a to SWZ,
- They had CE marking and in their class - current certificates of the notified unit and declarations of compliance.
2. Conditions for the performance of the order and The permitted changes to the contract were specified in the planned provisions of the contract in Chapter VII of SWZ.
