Delivery of medical devices for invasive cardiological procedures Delivery of medical devices for invasive neurosurgical procedures Delivery of materials for neuroprotection Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order: 1) the offered medicinal product, the medical device must have certificates, certificates and be registered in accordance with legal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration, 2) the offered medical device must be placed on the market and used in accordance with the requirements of the Act on Medical Devices, 3) the offered medicinal product must be introducedplaced on the market in accordance with the requirements of the Pharmaceutical Law, 4) the offered medicinal product or medical device must meet the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product.
Delivery of medical devices for invasive cardiological procedures. Detailed description of the subject of the orderwill include the SWZ and appendices to the SWZ.
Delivery of medical devices for invasive neurosurgical procedures. A detailed description of the subject of the order will include the SWZ and appendices to the SWZ.
Delivery of neuroprotection materials. A detailed description of the subject of the order will be included in SWZ oraz attachments to the SWZ.
