The subject of the order is: Delivery of medical devices for invasive cardiac procedures Task 1 - aspiration catheters with the use of a pump Task 2 - venous drainage device Task 3 - orbital atherectomy kit with pump rental Task 4 - balloon catheter and analog inflator Task 5 - femoral artery occluder Task 6 - microcatheter for CTO Task 7 - balloon catheter with medication Task 8 - balloon for aortic valvuloplasty Task 9 - hydrophilic sheaths for the radial artery Task 10 - catheters balloon Task 11 - intracoronary echographic catheters, probes for measuring partial flow reserve The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 11 Ordering party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 11 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes 2b. 3.3.
