Description: The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medical devices for the needs of the central sterilizer for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The supply specification is included in Annex 1.1 ("Price form") to the specification of the terms of the contract. The order is divided into 7 packages (parts). Each of the contractors can submit an offer in the scope of one or any number of selected packages, while as part of a given package the offer must be complete (i.e. it must include all items), otherwise it will be rejected. Other terms of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract ("Designed provisions of the contract" on a public procurement that will be entered into the content of the contract). Agreements in the scope of resolved packages will be concluded for a period of 24 months. The contracting authority in accordance with art. 441 para. 1 provides for the application of options.
