Description:
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medical devices for the needs of surgical radiology and endovascular procedures in cerebral vessels.
The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ (assortment and price form), in which the amount of the subject is given orders and description of the subject of the contract.
The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.
In this procedure, the Employer has not divided the contract into parts due to the fact that the order concerns highly specialized medical equipment, which is characterized by high the price with a small number of treatments performed with its use in our hospital. For organizational and economic reasons, it would be unfounded to share the package, because individual elements of the assortment are functionally related and used together during treatment procedures. Supplying for treatments requires direct contact with medical staff and the delivery of equipment before or on the day of the procedure in the widest possible choice of size and assortment. The implementation of the order by one contractor ensures full responsibility for all delivery. In the case of The division of the order into parts and implementation by several contractors, there would be a significant increase in risk delaying the performance of orders and the delivery of equipment for treatments.
The subject of the contract will be delivered at the cost, risk and transport of the Contractor.
