Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices for ophthalmology, cardiological and other medical devices for the needs of Copernicus. z o.o. in Gdańsk, whose detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities contain an assortment and price form - Annex no 1 to SWZ (parts 1-28). The subject of the contract specified in parts 3, 5-10, 13, 15, 18-25, 27, 28 concerns sales, in parts 1, 4, 26 applies to sales with lending, in parts 11, 12, 14, 16, 17 applies to the Commission without lending, in Part 2 applies to the Commission with lending. Offered items Orders must be complete, with a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.
Item The orders must comply with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022 item 974 of 2022.05.09) - if applies. In all SWZ entries and its attachments, in which the man who refers to norms, approval, technical specifications or reference systems or Trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
