Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices as part of the retrofitting of hospital wards and the operating theater.
to SWZ - a list of the required parameters qualitatively - technical and in Annex 5 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract, in which the number of the subject of the contract and a description of the subject of the contract are given.
3. The removal is financed:
a) Package number 1-4 under the DZ-IV-A/12/2025 agreement with annex No. 1 concluded between the Provincial Hospital Complex in Konin, and the Greater Poland Voivodeship for granting a subsidy for retrofitting the ENT department together with the operating room;
b) Package number 5 under the Agreement No. granting a subsidy for the purchase of hemodialysis apparatus;
c) Package number 6 under the contract No. DZ-IV-A/69/2025 concluded between Wojewodzki A team hospital in Konin, and the Greater Poland Voivodeship for granting a grant for the purchase of a tow laser for execution procedures urological;
d) Package number 7-8 under the contract No. DZ-IV-A/70/2025 concluded between the Provincial Combined Hospital in Konin and the Wielkopolskie Voivodship for granting a subsidy for the purchase of equipment for the performance of orthopedic operations of the knee and hip pond;
