- The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery, at the request of the Ordering Party, of medical devices in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices, described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form and in Annex 6 to the SWZ - Draft provisionscontractual.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 10 parts, hereinafter referred to as: "Packages":
