Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of medical apparatus (hereinafter: the subject of the contract ") to the SPZOZ in Lubartów together with unloading, bringing, assembly, installation, commissioning and training of staff in accordance with the price offer and a detailed description of the subject of the object constituting Annex No. 2.1-2.2 to SWZ and technical parameters tables constituting Annexes No 3.1-3.2 to SWZ.
The Ordering Party allows placing partial offers divided into 2 tasks, i.e .:
Task No. 1 - Delivery of magnetic resonance and computing tomograph with construction and adaptation of the room.
Task No. 2 - Delivery of ankle-pulmonary RTG apparatus with full automation and two mobile FPD detectors along with the adaptation of the room.
