Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A-1D to the NIN. Specifications (in the scope of the part for which the offer is submitted).
2. Opertments not having the full scope of the subject of the contract (in the scope ofthe part to which they relate) will be rejected.
3. The contractual terms of the contract are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3a and 3b to the nin. Specifications.The requirements contained in Annex 1a to the specification.
