- 1. The subject of the contract is "delivery of medical equipment" as part of the project entitled "The creation of the ΕwiΔtokrzyskie Center of Geriatrics as a supra-regional unique for the south-eastern Poland of the Interdisciplinary Clinical Center for patients with multi-Christianity of the old age"; co -financed as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity - Component D Investment D4.1.1. "
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes delivery, assembly with the required installations (possible adjustment of the room, if necessary) along with the launch and training of employees of the Ordering Party.
3. The goods offered by the Contractor must:
a) have valid documents allowing for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the provisions of the appropriately applicable Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and a manner Classification based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 5, 2010 on the method of classifying medical devices - if it concerns a given device.
b) meet the requirements specified by the Employer in the specification of the terms of the contract, in particular the conditions set out in Description of the subject of the order - attachments with the required technical parameters.
c) to be brand new, fully functional, not regenerated, not the demo version.
d) to be produced a minimum in 2025,
e) correspond to qualitative and technical standards resulting from function and purpose,
