Description:
1 (Package No. 2) to the Ordering Party's headquarters as described and the requirements contained in Annexes No. 1a and 1B to NIN. Specifications (in terms of parts, na which the offer is submitted).
2. Offers not having the full scope of the subject of the contract (in terms of part to which they relate) will be rejected.
3. Other terms of the contract are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3 to the specification.
Purchase co -financed by the Ministry of Health as part of the "National Transplant Program".
Note: The Employer reserves the right to annul the contract award procedure in the event of not granting funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance the contract (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law).

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment: a modular cardiomonitor in an amount of 1 item to the Ordering Party's headquarters as described and the requirements contained in Annex 1A to SWZ.
