Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment according to 3 packages to the seat of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A-1C to NIN. Specifications (in the range of the package for which the offer is submitted).
2. Openses not having a full range of the subject Orders (in terms of the package to which they relate) will be rejected.
3. The contractual terms of the contract shall be specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3 to the NIN. Specifications.
Package 1 AutoCeratorefractometer with tonometer - 1 pc.
AutoCeratorefractometer with a tonometer with additional equipment, in accordance with A list of parameters constituting Annex 1A to SWZ.
Offers not having the full scope of the subject of the contract (in terms of the package to which they relate) will be rejected.
