4. On the basis of art. 131 para. 2 points 1 of the PZP Act, the contracting authority recommends that the contractor perform a preliminary local vision of the implementation of places of implementationwork in the scope of package No. 4 to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare the appropriate offer to conclude a public procurement contract and perform this contract. The costs of making a local vision will be borne by the contractor.
