Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1a-1D to the specification (in terms of the part for which the offer is submitted).
2. prophets not having the full scope of the subject of the contract (in the scope ofthe part to which they relate) will be rejected.
3. The contractual terms of the contract are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3a and 3b to the specification. 57 of the PZP Act and art.112 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Law: 1) are not subject to exclusion 2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding: a) ability to occur in business transactions. b) there is no right to conduct a specific business or professional activity. c) no economic or financial situation.d) there is no technical or professional capacity.
