Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1a-1F for the specification (within the scope of the part for which the offer is submitted).
2. Opertments not having the full scope of the subject of the contract (in the scope the part they relate to) will be rejected.
3. The contractual terms of the contract are set out in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3 to the specification.
CONDITIONS Participation in the proceedings
57 of the PZP Act and art. 112 para. 2 PZP Act: 1) are not subject to exclusion 2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings, regarding: a) ability to appear in business transactions. b) there is no right to conduct a specific business or professional activity. c) no economic or financial situation. d) abilities no technical or professional.
