1. The subject of the order is the sale, delivery, commissioning of medical equipment in the scope of:
ECG machine - 1 pc
- Portable ultrasound machine - 1 pc
- Colposcope - 1 pc
- Anesthesia machine - 1 set
- Bed bariatric 1 pc.
pH-metry system 1 set
Electric suction device - 5 pcs.
and training of the user's staff in the use of the subject of the contract and training of the technical staff in the field of maintenance and basic technical inspections of the object.
2. The Ordering Party provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Art. 139 u1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor whose tender has been awarded the highest score, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure
