Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and apparatus divided into 3 parts
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes: OPZ and assortment and price forms.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
4. If the specification indicated in with respect to certain equipment, trademarks or origin, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 of the Public Procurement Act allows offering "equivalent products". All "equivalent products" from specific manufacturers specify the minimum quality parameters and functional features The goods must correspond to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and constitute only a quality standard of the subject of the order. By the provision regarding the minimum requirements for quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements of the goods contained in publicly available sources, catalogues, manufacturers' websites. The use of exemplary manufacturer's names is only intended to clarify the level of expectations of the Ordering Party in relation to a specific solution. In the case of offering "equivalent products", the Ordering Party requires the submission of appropriate authenticating documents this equipment. These documents will be assessed by the Ordering Party and will be the basis for the Ordering Party's decision to accept "equivalents" or reject the offer due to their "non-equivalence".
