1 Poviat Hospital Dr. Titus Chaubiski in Zakopane, i.e. factory new equipment and medical apparatus, including: X -ray apparatus with arm C in the number of 1 item, according to the statement of minimum technical, quality, operational and functional parameters specified in point 5.3 SWZ, along with the implementation of Montau and launching at the headquarters of Ordering, ul. Kamieniec 10, 34-500 Zakopane. 2.
