• task 1 task 2 task 3 2. The subject of the order was divided into 3 tasks. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, and the Contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. 3. A detailed description and method of order fulfillment are included Attachment No. 1A-3A to the SWZ and the Offer and Price Form constituting Attachments No. 1-3 to the SWZ. 4. The ordering party requires a minimum 24-month warranty period for the subject of the order. The guarantee will be counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol final. 5. The contractor guarantees: a) transport, assembly, handover of equipment/goods for use along with the necessary approvals and certificates enabling the provision of health services using it, b) perpetual license for the delivered items software appropriate to the given hardware (if applicable), c) repair service (maintenance) during the warranty period, under which the Contractor ensures the efficiency of the equipment/goods in the offer price, including: service inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, repairs, inspections, maintenance along with spare parts and materials needed to perform them, extension of the warranty by the period of inoperability of the subject of the order in the case of warranty repairs, excluding the situation in which the Contractor delivers replacement equipment/apparatus/head ensuring continuity of tests/treatments, d) providing on-the-job training in the use of equipment for employees, which will include rules for handling equipment that minimize the consumption of electricity, water and...
