The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and apparatus as part of the implementation of the project titled: "Improving the quality and availability of medical services provided in the Outpatient Department Specialist care and one-day care at the Provincial Hospital. John Paul II". 2. Code and name according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): The ordering party described the subject of the order using, among others: names and codes specified in the Common Procurement Dictionary. Depending on the description given parts of the order, the ordering party indicated the appropriate CPV codes, assigning them to individual packages, in accordance with Chapter XXIII of the SWZ. At the same time taking take into account the rules for publishing order announcements above EU thresholds in the Official Journal of the European Union, the contracting authority additionally indicates the code and the CPV name for the entire procedure, i.e. 33100000-1 - Medical devices. 3.
