Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and equipment.
The offered equipment must meet all the parameters specified in SWZ and attachments as well as the quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for a given product, be a factory new (and cat.) The contracting authority requires equipment only professional. All the name of the materials indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, the use of trademarks, determination of standards, Approval, technical specifications of reference systems should be understood as determining the required parameters, properties and standards qualitative and technical and the Employer allows the use of equivalent solutions with technical and utility parameters not lower than those specified in the description of the subject of the contract. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to show that the subject of the contract he offers meets the requirements set by the contracting authority.
