Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is: the supply of medical equipment and equipment for long-term care (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of delivery") for the Bytów County Hospital, together with the assembly of equipment, installation of devices and staff training in scope of its operation. 4.2. Detailed technical requirements of the subject of delivery (limits) are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. NOTE: The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Technical Parameters with all completed items regarding the offered parameters of the offered delivery item. The completed Annex No. 1 constitutes the means of evidence in question and is also a document needed to obtain points in the quality criterion. 4.3. As part of the order, the Contractor: will deliver the subject of the order at its own expense and risk (including transport insurance) to the place of delivery, and will then assemble, install and commission it, as well as train the Ordering Party's staff in its use. 4.10.The order benefits from co-financing from the National Reconstruction Plan Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system, investments D4.1.1 Development of long-term care through modernization of the infrastructure of medical entities at the district level.
