Description:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's staff, medical equipment and accessories, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract.
2) The subject of the order is co-financed from the funds of the program: National Recovery and Resilience Plan under component D1.1.1. "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers
and other medical entities" as part of the project entitled: "Improving the quality of health services and increasing access to medical services in the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital named after blessed priest Jerzy Popiełuszko in Włocławek - purchase of medical equipment for the needs of providing oncological services" Project No.: KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0159/24
3) The Ordering Party requires at least a 48-month full warranty for the delivered subject matter of the order and assembly and installation works performed, as well as for consumable parts.
4) The supplied equipment must be brand new (year of production not earlier than 2025), unused, complete, its commissioning and use as intended must not require the purchase of additional components and accessories. No apparatus or any of its components, accessories, etc. it cannot be reconditioned, exhibition equipment or previously used by another user.
5)The equipment must be registered or notified in Poland as a medical device and marked with the CE mark.
