Description:
The subject of the order is delivery with the application to the Provincial Specialist Hospital Janusz Korczak in Słupsk Sp. z o. o. at ul. Hubalczyki 1 equipment and medical equipment for the needs of the central sterilizer in the range and quantities specified in Annex 2 to IDW - assortment and quantity form.
Part 1
The subject of this Order is the supply of steam sterilizers with the parameters presented in the table below, together with assembly, installation, startup and training of the Employer's personnel in terms of starting, proper operation, service and maintenance of the subject of the contract. .
Part 2
The subject of this order is the delivery of a car wash-deesinfactor with the parameters presented in the table below, together with assembly, installation, launch and training of the Employer personnel in the field of starting, proper operation, service and maintenance of the subject of the contract.
Part 3
The subject of this order is the supply of water treatment plants with the parameters presented in the table below, together with assembly, installation, startup and training of the ordering person's personnel in the scope of launch, correct exploitation, service and maintenance of the subject of the contract.
