Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and equipment for the needs of primary healthcare. The order is divided into 11 parts.
Part 1 - Devices for monitoring heart function
The subject of the contract is the delivery:
a) pressure holter - 2 pcs
b) Holter ECG - 2 pcs
c) ECG apparatus - 1 pc
d) treadmill for exercise tests - 1 pc
e) ergometer for exercise tests - 1 pc
f) exercise system for performing electrocardiographic exercise tests and rest tests - 1 pc
g) Mobile ECG apparatus - 1 pc
The offered subject of the contract must be admitted to the market in the Republic of Poland and have declarations of compliance and meet the requirements of relevant standards and regulations, in particular specified in the Act of 07 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, position 1620 as amended)
As part of the order The contractor is obliged to provide factory new, unused and full -fledged medical equipment that meets technical, quality and functional requirements specified by the Employer.
The Contractor will train the staff indicated by the Employer in terms of correct, safe and effective operation of the offered equipment, in terms of its basic maintenance and operation.
