Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and equipment for SP ZOZ in Międzyrzec Podlaski - delivery, installation, assembly and commissioning (hereinafter also referred to as "devices") together with the equipment, as well as training for staff in the use of the equipment, operation installed devices.
The offered devices must meet the requirements of legal regulations and rules for providing health services in the field of medical equipment and apparatus specified in legal acts, including the Regulation Minister of Health.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, technical limit parameters, quantities of equipment and devices are included in the SWZ, detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order includes the types of apparatus and equipment:
treatment table, medical couch, couch, medical wardrobe, patient's clothes cabinet, doctor's desk, stool, medical screen, file cabinet for medical documentation, refrigerator for storing medicines, gynecological chair, CTG machine, fetal heart rate detector, shadowless lamp, bariatric wheelchair, bariatric treatment table, ECG machine, spirometer, scale with height meter.
