Description:
The contractor, at its own discretion, may submit an offer for one or all parts of the subject of the contract, a detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the annexes to the SWZ (Descriptions of the subject of the contract, contractual designs), deliveries must be made by an appropriate means of transport and secured for the duration of transport, marking of the delivered products, instructions for use, product description, labels (original) must be prepared in Polish, the offered subject of the order should be a brand new product, approved for trading in the EU, complete and free from technical defects and legal regulations, as well as have the manufacturer's name and the necessary markings required by regulations (CE), in addition, both the subject of the order and its original packaging must contain any other markings resulting from the currently applicable regulations, if such are required.
