(hereinafter: equipment or apparatus), consistent with the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ, including equipment, installation, commissioning, transport and unloading and submitting (at the Contractor's expense and risk) in the manner and place indicated by the Ordering Party to Pabianicki Centrum Medyczne Sp. With o.o., w podziale na części (pakiety): 1)część I - aparatura medyczna - EKG i AED; 2)część II - wyposażenie medyczne m.in. taborety i różnego rodzaju wózki; 3) part III - medical equipment - various types of scales and walkers; 4)część IV - aparatura medyczna - various types of blood pressure monitors, stethoscopes, glucometers, thermometers, etc.; 5) part V - medical equipment in the form of resuscitation bags; 6) part VI - medical equipment in the form of magnetic belts; 7) part VII - equipment of the unit in the form of: breathalyzer; 8) equipment of the department in the form of a portable toilet; 9) medical equipment in the form of wedges.
