Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment and medical furniture to the IX Department, broken down into 2 tasks:
Task 1: Specialist medical equipment
Task 2: Medical furniture
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract for task 1 and task 2, including in particular parameters, includes:
Annex 1 to SWZ assortment and price list and description of the subject of the contract.
3. Delivery conditions and rules regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract are regulated in the template of the contract: Annex 5 to SWZ "Model of Agreement".
4. Order processing: 60 working days from the date conclusion of the contract.
5. The offered goods must be approved for trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the law, and in particular with the provisions
