The subject of the order is:
Delivery of medical equipment and other medical materials:
Task. 1 Cart for removing corpses for the Hospital Emergency Department
Task 2 Blood collection chair for the Hospital Emergency Department
Task. 3 Seat belts for temporary immobilization forand the Hospital Emergency Department
Task. 4 - ENT head lamp for the Hospital Emergency Department
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
The parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 4.
The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submitert for a maximum of 4 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor)
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b and Annex 4 to the SWZ.
3.3. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order: (if applicable)
1) the offered medical device must have certificates , certificatekaty and be registered in accordance with legal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration,
2) the offered medical device must be placed on the market and used in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974),
3) offersthe medical device must comply with the standards or technical specifications
applicable for this product;
