Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of an electronic visual acuity test board for the Independent Public Health Care Facility in Bestwin within 12 days from the date of signing the contract, on the terms specified in the SWZ and the annexes that constitute its integral part. The purchase is carried out as part of Grant project No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0001/23 called Support for primary health care (POZ), implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 program, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, implemented on the basis of a contract No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0001/23-00/1374/2024/17 concluded between the State Treasury, the Minister of Health and the National Health Fund.
